ACES day rules

A reminder that these events are friendly competitions run by a friendly group of people, we are happy for anybody to join in, we welcome new people coming and having a go, we offer encouragement and will help you and your dog get the most out of the ACES events as well as helping you participate in many other activities with your canine friend.

A few rules that should be obvious but we shall put them anyway....

> Pick up after your dog has been to the toilet, green bins are provided for disposal.

> Do not allow your dogs to swim in the fishing lake regardless of how hot the weather is, please use the paddling pool supplied.

> Do not trespass past the ACES areas, ACES areas are = ACES HQ field, the car park, the toilets and the paths between them.

> We may film events for our own records, at no point will this filming be part of any publication, we will not allow filming by third parties without express permission.

> We reserve the right to disallow a dogs entry to the days if it is known to be aggressive towards people (Unless the owner agrees to muzzle said dog)

> Dogs that arrive with no crate must stay in the holding area while lure racing is on for their own safety, we understand some dogs are too large and some people do not own crates so we have a designated area for these dogs, please keep safe distances between your dog and others.

> Owners that leave the days early are not entitled to collect awards at a later date.

> No bitches in season to be brought to the field.

> No bitches in pup to compete.

> No matings or puppy selling to take place on the ACES site.

> Parking = Please park your car reasonably, do not block other cars in, if parking is tight please come and get a member of the team and they will assist you in finding a car parking space.

We reserve the right to update these rules at any point.
